First planted in 1981, the Weka Plains Vineyard has produced some of the finest wines in the Waipara Valley. The vineyard is approximately 10 acres. Glenmark Wines uses prodominatly grapes from that vineyard.

Grapes are harvested by hand during late March, April and May.

Vines planted include Reisling, Gewurtraimer, Pinot Noir, Muller Thurgau, Chardonnay and a wide variety of expiermental grapes

A new vineyard is planned to be planted on the House o'Hill property in Winter 2002.

Glenmark produces a wide, unique range of wines in the Waipara Valley. From crisp Reislings to spicy Gewurtraimers, Glenmakr produces fine wines for all tastes.
