We are 100 metres from the Wharepai Domain and 150 metres to Park St Eye Clinic plus a 5-minute walk to the city centre, Baycourt Theatre, waterfront, cafes, restaurants and shopping. Sebel Trinity Wharf restaurant and conference centre is only a 10 minute walk away. Armitage Hotel and Conference Centre is only 50 metres across the road from the Roselands Motel.
Four golf courses are located within 10 minutes from Roselands, and it's just 10 minutes to Mount Maunganui, its white surf beaches and "The Mount".
The Roselands features 10 non-smoking units which are serviced daily. Our four studios can sleep one to three people, while our six spacious one-bedroom units can sleep one to four people.
All the units have fully equipped kitchens, microwave, tea/coffee and hot chocolate making facilities, mini bar, shower, flat screen plasma TV, SKY TV, DVD player, hair dryer, heating, queen and single/sofa bed, electric blankets, phone and in-room ironing facilities.
