City Centre Terminus: Buses leave from the city centre on Willow Street.
Operating hours: Operates Monday to Sunday and all public holidays, except for Christmas Day and Good Friday. On public holidays a less frequent service to that on weekdays is provided.
Delays to the bus service: The operator makes every effort to maintain the advertised timetable. However, delays can occur, so please allow 5 minutes either side of indicated stop times.

Fares: A uniform flat-fare exists with an adult City ticket costing $2.60 (city boundary) or $3.20 (including Papamoa). Further to this, concessions apply to seniors (travelling in the peak), tertiary and school students and children 5-15 years. Children under 5 and Super Gold Card holders (travelling in the off-peak) are free of charge.

0800 4BAYBUS - 0800 4 22928: Bay of Plenty Regional Council has in place a call centre for handling service and timetable enquiries, complaints or lost property. Calls are handled between 7am-6pm Monday to Friday. An answer phone operates after those hours.
