Rapid Sensations and Kayaking Kiwi are Taupo's premier outdoor adventure providers. Experience Taupo's multiple sensations for yourself! Choose from rafting, river and lake kayaking, or mt. biking! All gear necessary and guides are provided on all of our adventures:

Rafting Grade 3+: Minimum age 12, or 10 yrs when accompained by a guardian. Allow 6hrs from Taupo, or 4.5 from Turangi. Transport and an afternoon BBQ are provdied. Please brings swim wear and towel.

Rafting Grade 2: Allow 2 .5hrs from Turangi. Suitable for all ages - as long as a lifejacket fits. Please brings swim wear and towel.

Waikato Kayak Kruise: Allow 2 hours. Suitable for all ages, as long as a lifejacket fits. Please brings swim wear and towel.

Kayak to the Maori Rock Carvings: Suitable for those over the age of 14. Allow 4.5 hours. Weather dependant.

We operate everyday except Christmas Day. All trips are sujected to minimum numbers. You will be advised of trip detials at time of booking. Bookings are essential and can be made direct by phone between the hours of 8am and 8pm.
