Eight different Pinot Noir clones were picked at optimum ripeness. Gentle winemaking was followed by 10 months ageing in French oak casks.
A complex lifted nose of dark cherry, raspberry, blackberry and earth notes are complemented by a palate of sweet fruit and soft tannins.
