The first un-oaked Chardonnay produced from our own vineyard.
This wine shows fresh vibrant fruits of pears and apples infused with a subtle twist of cinnamon and spice. Uncluttered from oak, this wine was fermented cool, and gone through a partial malolactic fermentation, and extensive lees stirring to create a wine that balances the fresh fruit with a creamy, rich texture.ion.
