> Review this wine
Named after Gerald and Juliet Hensley's neighbouring vineyard, Kahu (meaning harrier hawk) was first produced from the 2002 vintage. So lusciously irresistible, we could have sold it ten times over. Although there were not quite as many botrytis-affected berries in this shrivel-sweet 2003, this succulent dessert wine features very similar dried fruit characters, with orange peel or marmalade notes.
Around 150g/l of residual sugar. 375 ml bottles
