Air New Zealand Champion Wine of the Show
Fermented in small vats according to vineyard position and clone, and aged in french barriques for ten months a process of selective barrel blending has produced a Pinot Noir of great complexity.
The complex, silky smooth texture and firm, concentrated tannins intermingle with the rich, concentrated primary fruit flavours.
