Luscious rockmelon and over-ripe pear aromas mingle with the spicy, chalky complexities typical of this delicious variety. Harvested very ripe at 26 Brix, there's residual fruit sweetness (10g/l) which fattens and adds weight to the juicy mid palate. Lovely with Asian-influenced fusion food.
