"Intense floral aromas with citrus background lead to a dry medium bodied wine featuring intense citrus fruit flavour and a juicy apple-like crispness on the finish."
Grown in the drought of the 2000/2001 summer there was not a speck of botrytus. Harvested in both an early and a late pick to capture the characteristics of the grapes at different stages of ripening then each portion underwent cool slow fermentation so as not to loose any of those wonderful flavours.
This wine has been recommended by Cuisine magazine in their June 2002 issue.
Best drinking 2001 - 2006.
