Nobilo Fernleaf Chardonnay
Produced from predominately sunny Gisborne fruit, harvested at optimum levels of sugar and acidity to deliver intensity of varietal expression. Wine remains on gross lees for approximately two months with weekly lees-stirring. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in first and second fill French barriques. Grapefruit and peach characters on nose and palate, finishing soft, dry and fruity.
