Nobilo Fall Harvest Chardonnay
This evenly ripened fruit is from Gisborne vineyards, showing excellent intensity of fruit on the palate. Gisborne is considered the best site for chardonnay and is know as the "Chardonnay Capital of New Zealand". Soft press juice, fermented using Burgundian and indigenous yeast culture for a portion of the blend, is selected for this popular label. It is a medium-bodied chardonnay with ripe, mouth-filling tropical fruit and subtle creamy butterscotch snatches.
