WINEMAKERS COMMENTS
Alwyn Noble harvest 1994 was made "in the vineyard' in a season that gave us intensely flavoured Riesling grapes further concentrated through Noble Harvest Raisining. The raisined berries were selectively harvested by hand and slowly pressed to yield the small volume of exceptionally concentrated (42 Brix) juice which we fermented and matured in the barrel for 18 months.

Opulent, concentrated and luscious, this wine will continue to develop layers of flavour with bottle ageing.
