Winemaking:
This Chardonay was made from free run juice. We have created a dry, fruit driven style of wine which was cold fermented over an extended period in stainless steel tanks to retain its intense fruit flavours. It is a classical Chardonnay which is drinking well now but can be cellared with confidence for 3 to 5 years.
Packaging:
Screw caps are a new feature this vintage.
