Soft and dry, fine and delicate. Partial oak treatment has resulted in a complex and well balanced wine. A little lighter and more elegant than its 2000 predecessor, still with a fresher style than those heavily oaked Chardonnays. Good 'mouthfeel', lingering, warm aftertaste.
