Tasting Note
The first release of the White Label Reserve will be a hard act to follow. The nose is complex with apricots, pineapples and rock melon fruit characters mingled with subtle butter and sweet oak vanillin.
The palate is rich and long due to partial malolactic fermentation and careful fruit handling.

Reviews
"Hawkes Bay wine, smooth, rich and mature. There are apricot, pineapple and vanilla oak aromas and flavours. Creamy and balanced, it's probably at its peak." Graeme Barrow, July 2002
