Tasting Note
A wine of exceptional style and elegance, created from hand-picked Hawkes Bay Chardonnay grapes, noted for their intense and powerful flavours.
Our award winning winemakers pressed the grapes in bunches, the wine was gently fermented and lees aged in French oak barriques. The result is a fine premium wine, displaying superb integration of fruit and oak with softness, fullness and length of flavour.
