After a long flirtation with this old and exotic variety of grape I developed this blend which is semi-fortified with natural grape spirit. Made from Muscat grapes this wine is sweet and fresh with the rich aromas of raisins and figs.
It has a voluptuous mouth feel with a long warm after taste. Really gets the guests talking if you serve it as an aperitif, slightly chilled before dinner. Wonderful with a strong blue cheese as well.
