Displaying a variety of aromatics with floral notes, lime, flint, spice and honeysuckle. Enhanced by a touch of creaminess on the palate, it has length of flavour and a crisp finish. Slow, cool fermentation has produced this vibrant style, stopped just short of dryness. The Jackson block vines are now 13 years old and consistently deliver fruit with vivid varietal flavour and balance. Only 300 cases produced.
