Hunter's Pinot Noir has plum, spice, cherry and charry oak on the nose. The palate has ripe, plump, fleshy Pinot fruit, with a soft round texture, fine tannins and moderate length. The wine has matured in oak for nine months with twenty per cent new french oak.
