2003 BLANC DE PINOT NOIR
This ros wine has been made using the highest quality pinot noir grapes. The delicate salmon colour is the result of leaving the juice in contact with the skins overnight before gently pressing. Ripe peach, watermelon and candy floss flavours are evident in the finished wine and the complexities of this combination make it an extremely pleasant summer drink. Serve slightly chilled.
