The Terrace Road Ros 2001 is made from Pinot Noir grapes, which were hand harvested, then crushed in the cool of the evening. After 2 days skin contact the juice underwent fermentation in French oak barrels for 4 weeks, and then in stainless steel tanks.
The appearance is salmon pink with a copper hue. Lifted strawberry aromas integrate with oak complexities. The palate is well balanced, soft and luscious with a well rounded finish.
