A very classy all-Chardonnay wine with a steady stream of bubbles producing a fine mousse. Complex nose, as the citrus aromas are well integrated with fresh bread and biscuit characters. The lively citrus flavours and chalky acidity are balanced by the creamy texture obtained during four years of maturation on its yeast lees.
