For individuals, couples or groups, novice or connoisseur, it is the perfect place to experience everything and anything to do with wine. From a state of the art interactive wine tasting adventure, to aroma awareness rooms, school of wine and a wine museum and library - simply a wine lovers haven!
Visit the aroma awareness room and familiarise yourself with the different aromas associated with wine, followed by an interactive tasting of the regions quality wines, under one roof and in the comfort of a beautifully constructed, purpose built theatre.
Each wine in your flight of six is presented on screen by the vineyard owner or winemaker, giving you an insight into the flavours and aromas behind each of their wines.
During your wine tasting adventure you will:
- visit the aroma awareness room and discover the aromas (good and bad) associated with red or white wines, leaving with your senses awakened, ready for your wine tasting
- enter the white wine or red wine theatre
- sample six wines from some of Hawke's Bay's flagship wineries
- 20 min film presented on screen by the vineyard owner or winemaker, giving you an insight into the flavours and aromas behind each of their wines
- receive tasting notes to take home with you
