The walk follows tracks through farmland, native bush, stands of kanuka and valleys of toitoi
to the famed white sands of Makorori Beach. It passes historic kumara pits and ancient
mud volcanoes and affords simply stunning views of this edge-of-the-earth paradise.

Just 15 minutes' drive from Gisborne. Season - Labour Weekend to 30 April. Carry only a
day pack. Luggage is transported. Bookings are essential.
