Deposit & Cancellation policy
Open dated vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Following the expiry date these vouchers are non transferable and non refundable.

For group reservations of 10 or more travellers cancelled within 7 days of travel, a 25% cancellation penalty will be incurred.

For all bookings made over the internet a cancellation fee will be charged to cover administration and electronic processing fees. 10% fee of the total amount charged is non-refundable.
